Home staging is “setting the stage” with the owner’s current possessions to appeal to the broadest spectrum of homebuyers. This, of course, can be done even if you’re NOT moving!

Home staging has been a natural progression of my painting work. Often, homeowners ask me to help them re-design their rooms after the rooms have been re-painted. The result is always wonderful. Clients can’t believe their “old stuff from way back” can look so good.

All it takes is a fresh eye and a new color application; this goes for homes on the market as well. It takes more finesse to sell a home these days, and with the combination of some well-placed color and some shifting of furniture and artwork, your home’s sales potential is greatly increased!
